Chlosha UV DTF labels work best on clean, dry, smooth and hard surfaces such as:

• Drink bottles

• Lunch boxes

• Storage containers • Smooth jars

• Notebooks with coated covers

• Coated paper or laminated paper

• Gift packaging with a smooth coated finish

• Acrylic, glass, metal and other smooth hard surfaces

Some surfaces may not hold well, especially with water, heat or dishwasher use. Please avoid:

• Silicone• Soft plastics

• Textured surfaces

• Oily or dusty surfaces

• Fabric

• Rubber

• Uncoated paper

• Thin paper or delicate paper packaging

• Polypropylene / PP items, especially for dishwasher use

Chlosha UV DTF labels are water resistant and made for everyday use.

For the longest lasting result, we recommend hand washing and avoiding soaking, scrubbing, commercial dishwashers or very high heat.

If the sticker has not fully bonded before going into the dishwasher, heat and water pressure may cause it to lift, peel, or come off. Please allow at least 72 hours after application before dishwasher use.

Every surface is different, so adhesion may vary depending on the material, coating, texture and how the item is used or washed.

Extra Tips for Bottles, Lunch Boxes, Washable Items & Big Stickers

For items such as drink bottles, lunch boxes, smoothie cups and other washable everyday items, please take extra care when applying your label.

Larger stickers need extra time and firm pressure to ensure every part of the design bonds properly to the surface.

After applying the label and peeling away the clear transfer film, gently warm the label with a hair dryer on low or medium heat for a few seconds. While the label is warm, press firmly over the whole design again using your fingers, a soft cloth, scraper or card. This helps remove any trapped air, smooth the design and improve adhesion before curing.

Pay extra attention to edges, small letters, fine details and larger solid areas. If you notice any small air bubbles, gently warm the area and press the bubbles out toward the edge of the design. For larger stickers, work slowly from the centre outward.

Allow the label to cure and set for at least 48–72 hours before washing or heavy use.

For the longest lasting result, hand washing is recommended. Avoid soaking, scrubbing directly over the design, commercial dishwashers and very high heat.
