Welcome to Chlosha Creations. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

Chlosha Creations creates personalised UV DTF stickers, name labels, icon packs, gifts, add-ons and business logo stickers.

Our products are made to order and may include personalised names, colours, fonts, sizes, icons, logos or other custom details selected by the customer.

This website is owned and operated by G&M Nodding Limited, trading as Chlosha.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are correct, including:

• Names and spelling
• Colours
• Fonts
• Icons and designs
• Sizes
• Quantities
• Delivery details
• Uploaded artwork or logo files

Please check your order carefully before completing payment. We are not responsible for mistakes entered by the customer.

3. Personalised & Custom-Made Products

Most Chlosha Creations products are personalised or made to order.

Because of this, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or refunds for change of mind once your order has gone into production. In New Zealand, customers are not automatically entitled to a refund or exchange for change of mind unless a store policy allows it.

This does not affect your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

4. Product Colours & Images

We try our best to display colours and product images accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, device display and print material.

Small colour variations are not considered a fault unless the item is significantly different from the product description or approved design.

5. Customer Artwork & Logo Files

For business logo stickers or custom artwork orders, customers must provide suitable artwork files.

By uploading or sending artwork, you confirm that:

• You own the artwork, logo or design, or have permission to use it
• The file is suitable for printing
• The design does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights

We may refuse to print artwork that appears inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, low quality or unsuitable for UV DTF printing.

6. Proofs & Design Approval

Where a design proof is provided, production will only begin after approval.

Once a proof has been approved, Chlosha Creations is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect names, colour choices, layout preferences or design details that were approved by the customer.

7. Application & Surface Suitability

UV DTF stickers must be applied carefully to suitable surfaces.

For best results, surfaces should be clean, dry, smooth and free from dust, oil, moisture or texture.

We are not responsible for application issues caused by:

• Incorrect application
• Applying to dirty, oily, dusty or wet surfaces
• Applying to textured, uneven or unsuitable surfaces
• Removing and repositioning the sticker
• Not pressing firmly before peeling
• Harsh washing, chemicals, heavy scratching or heat damage
• Dishwasher use on unsuitable materials such as PP or soft plastic

8. Processing Times

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, customisation requirements and product type.

Estimated processing times are a guide only. We will do our best to complete orders as quickly as possible, but delays may happen during busy periods or if we are waiting for customer approval, artwork files or missing order details.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been handed to the courier or postal service, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate where possible.

10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Where required under New Zealand consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund. Products sold by New Zealand businesses must meet Consumer Guarantees Act standards, including being acceptable quality, fit for purpose, delivered in good condition and matching the product description.

11. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed.

Payment must be completed before your order is processed.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotions must be used at checkout.

Discounts cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed. Promotions may have expiry dates, exclusions or minimum order requirements.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

13. Intellectual Property

All G&M Nodding Limited (T/A : Chlosha Creations) designs, product images, branding, text, graphics and website content remain the property of Chlosha Creations unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify or use our designs, images or content without written permission.

14. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with the website, copy website content without permission, upload harmful files or use the website in a way that may damage Chlosha Creations or other users.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G&M Nodding Limited (T/A : Chlosha Creations) is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or any other applicable New Zealand law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our website or place orders after updates are made, you agree to the revised terms.
