Shipping Policy

At Chlosha Creations, every order is made with care. Most of our products are personalised or made to order, so please allow time for us to prepare, print and pack your stickers before they are shipped.

Processing Time

Our usual processing time is 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Processing time may be longer during busy periods, sales, school season, public holidays or if we are waiting for customer approval, artwork files or missing order details.

For personalised orders, please check all names, spelling, colours, fonts and design options carefully before placing your order.

New Zealand Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand.

Shipping options and prices will be shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard NZ shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Rural delivery: may take an extra 1–3 business days
  • Busy seasons or courier delays: may take longer

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

If your shipping option includes tracking, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your parcel has been collected or scanned by the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Chlosha Creations is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address if your order has not yet been shipped.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the courier or postal service, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will help check the tracking information where possible.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged product

We will review the issue and help with the next steps.

Order Packaging

We pack our stickers carefully to help protect them during delivery.

Please open your order gently and keep your stickers flat, clean and dry before application.

Pick Up

Local pick up is not currently available unless stated on our website or arranged directly with us.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available unless stated on our website.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, delivery times, costs, customs fees and import duties may vary depending on the destination country.
